Because we’re siblings as well as co-founders, we share the same deep commitment to our Asian heritage. We grew up on the outskirts of Glasgow watching our parents work hard in their own hospitality business, and our traditional upbringing is Yippon’s secret ingredient.
We wanted to bring our two worlds together, and established Yippon to combine the values and flavours of our Asian heritage with the energy of our beloved Glasgow. Today, our restaurant honours our parents, our upbringing, and both the cultures that have made us who we are.
